Spotlight Louisiana

The seventh annual Spotlight Louisiana event was held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. The LED Growth Network now consists of more than 700 companies that collectively represent over $4.2 billion in annual sales and more than 22,700 FTE employees. The sixth annual Spotlight Louisiana event was held on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. The LED Growth Network now consists of more than 630 companies that collectively represent over $4 billion in annual sales and more than 21,700 FTE employees. The fifth annual Spotlight Louisiana event was held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. The LED Growth Network now consists of more than 550 companies that collectively represent nearly $4 billion in annual sales and more than 20,000 FTE employees. The fourth annual Spotlight Louisiana event was held virtually on Thursday, April 29, 2021. The LED Growth Network now consists of more than 500 companies that collectively represent $3.6 billion in annual sales and more than 17,400 FTE employees. The third annual Spotlight Louisiana event was held Thursday, September 17, 2020 virtually due to COVID-19. The LED Growth Network now consists of more than 425 companies that collectively represent $3.3 billion in annual sales and more than 15,600 FTE employees. LED is built upon the success of the inaugural event and formed Spotlight Louisiana into an annual event that continued to recognize the LED Growth Network and select individual members for their achievements, while encouraging peer-to-peer support among network members.

The inaugural reception recognized the Inaugural Leading a Resilient Organization retreat group. But at Spotlight Louisiana 2019, LED recognized a select group of LED Growth Network companies for their outstanding economic, philanthropic and potential future contributions to the state of Louisiana and their communities. Those companies received the honor of being recognized at Spotlight 2019 with the new distinction of being Louisiana Growth Leaders.

The inaugural Spotlight Louisiana event was held on March 22, 2018 at the Old Governor’s Mansion in Baton Rouge. Mr. Dan Wyant, president and COO of the Edward Lowe Foundation, provided the keynote address. It recognized more than 275 LED Growth Network companies that collectively represent in excess of $2 billion in annual gross sales and 10,000 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees.
