Grow NELA is a private, nonprofit corporation utilizing local, state, federal and private resources and programs to enhance the region’s economic competitiveness. Parishes served include: Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union and West Carroll.
